These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rustic Nest website at www.rusticnesthomedecor.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Invenio Engineering LLC, doing business as Rustic Nest ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Site and place orders. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
You may create an account to make purchases easier and to track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. We protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@rusticnesthomedecor.com
Product Information, Price, and Availability
We make every effort to display products accurately, including photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and pricing. Minor variations in color and finish are inherent to our handcrafted pipe-and-wood decor products and are not defects. Products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Orders and Payment
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
Made to Order Items
Some Rustic Nest products are made to order and are crafted specifically for your purchase. Made to Order items are clearly marked on their product pages. Because these items are produced on demand, they are subject to the production time shown on the product page and are governed by the Made to Order return terms described in our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected as required by applicable state law. Rustic Nest currently collects sales tax on orders shipped to Florida. Customers in other states may be responsible for reporting use tax on purchases in accordance with their state's laws.
Tax-exempt organizations. Nonprofits, resellers, and other tax-exempt entities must submit a valid tax exemption certificate to support@rusticnesthomedecor.com prior to purchase. Once your exemption is verified, future orders placed under your account will be processed without sales tax. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, including free shipping thresholds and delivery areas, are described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of the Shipping Policy.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Warranty

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, product descriptions, the Rustic Nest name, logo, and branding — is owned by Invenio Engineering LLC or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of product images and descriptions in connection with a legitimate purchase decision.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel pending orders if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except for the specific product warranty described in our Warranty Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we work hard to keep the Site reliable and secure, no website is perfect. We cannot guarantee that the Site will always be available, free of errors, or completely secure from unauthorized access, and we cannot guarantee that every defect will be corrected.
Important note on product use. Rustic Nest products are designed and intended exclusively for residential decorative and home accent use — wall-mounted racks, hooks, handles, holders, and similar finished home decor applications. Our products are not intended for, and must not be used for, plumbing, natural gas, potable water, load-bearing structural applications, or any application involving internal pressure or heat transfer. You are responsible for ensuring that any installation using our products is safe, appropriate for its intended environment, and compliant with applicable local codes and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invenio Engineering LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages for personal injury or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from us shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invenio Engineering LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase from us shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [CONFIRM: county — the county where Invenio Engineering LLC is registered, e.g. Martin County or St. Lucie County], Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
