A Note From Us
Rustic Nest is family-owned, and we stand behind the quality of what we sell. This policy explains what our warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim.
Warranty is about product quality — a guarantee that what you received was made right. For returns that aren't related to product defects (you changed your mind, wrong size, no longer needed), please see our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy instead.
What We Warrant
Rustic Nest warrants our products against manufacturing defects under the following terms:
Finish warranty — 1 year. Finishes are warranted against manufacturing defects — premature coating failure under normal indoor use — for 1 year from the date of delivery.
Material warranty — 5 years. The underlying pipe, fittings, and structural materials are warranted against manufacturing defects — structural failure, welding defects, flaws in the metal or wood itself — for 5 years from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Rust, corrosion, or other environmental degradation when products are used in conditions not suitable for the product's finish — for example, outdoors and exposed to rain, or in very high-humidity environments such as a steam room. Under normal indoor residential use, our finishes are designed to hold up over many years.
- Damage from improper installation or misuse. Our products are intended for decorative home use only — see our Terms of Service for intended use information.
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or modification
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@rusticnesthomedecor.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
- Include photographs of the affected item showing the defect clearly.
- We will respond within 5 business days. If the claim is covered under warranty, we will provide a replacement at no charge, including shipping.

This warranty describes the product quality guarantees you have as a Rustic Nest customer. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by this warranty.
